The Curt cargo basket only fits bars up to 3 inches wide and the Aero bars of the Rola rack are 3 1/8 inches wide. Since I do not know what vehicle you have the first thing to do is check your owners manual (or with a local dealership) to confirm its roof weight bearing capacity. Every car or truck has a maximum weight rating for the roof which cannot be exceeded.
